Nokia to acquire IP network analytics firm Deepfield

Telecom network equipment maker Nokia said it was considering purchasing U.S.-based IP network analytics company Deepfield for an undisclosed amount.

Deepfield, which was founded in 2011, has about 65 employees.

The Finnish company said the deal will be completed early 2017.
