Shell to replace CFO Simon Henry in March

Royal Dutch Shell on Thursday announced that Jessica Uhl will replace Simon Henry as chief financial officer on March 9, 2017, citing no reason for Henry’s departure.

Uhl currently works as a financial executive in the gas business of Shell.

The oil and gas giant said Henry will remain available to the company until June 30, 2017.

“Jessica combines an external perspective with broad Shell experience and is a highly regarded executive,” Shell Chief Executive Ben van Beurden said.
